At [Abduls art gallery], we take great pride in the quality and care of our handmade artworks. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The artwork was damaged during shipping
- You received the wrong item
- The product is significantly different from what was described
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
- Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we do not accept returns for:
- Custom artwork or commissioned pieces
- Sale or discounted items
- Minor imperfections typical of handmade art
- Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Exchanges
If your item is damaged or incorrect, we will happily offer a replacement at no extra cost, or an exchange for another piece of equal value.

📦 Include your order number, pictures of the item, and reason for return
- Shipping for Returns
- You are responsible for shipping the artwork back safely unless the return is due to damage or our mistake.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt.
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us directly.
