At [Abduls art gallery], we take great pride in the quality and care of our handmade artworks. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The artwork was damaged during shipping
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is significantly different from what was described

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
  1. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns for:

  • Custom artwork or commissioned pieces
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Minor imperfections typical of handmade art
  1. Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  1. Exchanges

If your item is damaged or incorrect, we will happily offer a replacement at no extra cost, or an exchange for another piece of equal value.

  1. Shipping for Returns
  • You are responsible for shipping the artwork back safely unless the return is due to damage or our mistake.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt.
  1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us directly.
