  1. Shipping Within Pakistan
  • Standard Delivery Time: 3–7 business days
  • Delivery Partners: We use trusted courier services like TCS, Leopard, or M&P for nationwide delivery
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Only available on products under 10000 PKR
  1. International Shipping
  • We currently offer international shipping.
  • Delivery Time: 7–14 business days depending on destination
  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on location and package weight
  • Customs & Duties: Buyer is responsible for any customs, import duties, or local taxes
  1. Order Processing
  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may take additional 3–15 days before dispatch
  • You will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number once your order ships
  1. Packaging
  • All artworks are securely packaged using bubble wrap, hardboard, or protective sleeves to ensure safe transit
  • Framed or glass-protected items are reinforced for extra care
  1. Delivery Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service interruptions
  • National holidays or unforeseen situations

  1. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, please contact us within 48 hours with images and order details. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
